Macrobiotic Tofu Mayonnaise

  1. Wrap the tofu in a paper towel and place in a colander on top of a bowl for 10 minutes to drain the water.
  2. Put all of the ingredients into a blender or mixer and blend until creamy.
  3. It's done.
