Wonderlust

  1. Rinse a chilled coupe with the absinthe; discard the excess.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients except the garnish; shake well.
  4. Strain into the coupe; garnish with the lemon twist.
