Appetizer Spare Ribs Recipe

  1. Instruct butcher to cut rib section lengthwise into individual ribs, and crosswise, through bone, into 2- to 2 1/2-inch long pcs.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat, and pour over ribs.
  4. Cover and refrigerate2 hrs.
  5. Place ribs in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees 1 hour.
  7. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
