Appetizer Spare Ribs Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb spare ribs
- 1 jar plum jelly (10 ounce.)
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. dark corn syrup
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 tsp grnd ginger
- 2 x cloves garlic chopped
- Instruct butcher to cut rib section lengthwise into individual ribs, and crosswise, through bone, into 2- to 2 1/2-inch long pcs.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat, and pour over ribs.
- Cover and refrigerate2 hrs.
- Place ribs in a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees 1 hour.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
