Fisher Nutty Bacon Cheese Ball Recipe

  1. Mix cream cheese until smooth, gradually add milk, mixing until well blended.
  2. Add cheeses, onions, pimientos, half of the bacon and half of the pecans.
  3. Beat until well blended.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer mixture to a large piece of plastice wrap.
  6. Form a ball and wrap tightly.
  7. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  8. Refridgerate (or freeze) at least 2 hours.
  9. Combine the remaining bacon and remaining pecans, parsley, and poppy seeds in a pie plate.
  10. Then, remove the plastic wrap and roll the cheese ball lightly in the bacon/nut mixture until evenly coated.
  11. Wrap it back up in plastic wrap and refridgerate agian until ready to use.
  12. Serve with your favourite crakers!
