Ham Logs Recipe

• 2 1/2 lbs. grnd ham
• 2 lbs. lean grnd pork
• 1 pound grnd beef
• 3 Large eggs
• 3 c. crushed graham crackers
• 2 c. lowfat milk

1. Mix top ingredients together.
2. Form into logs (1/2 c. per log).
3. Makes 28 to 30.
4. Mix topping ingredients together.
5. Pour over logs.
6. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
