Easy Soft Cake
- 175 grams soft /melted butter
- 175 grams castor sugar or 6 Oz
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 175 grams flour or 6 Oz
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 1/2 cup confectioners sugar (icing sugar)
- 1 tsp vanilla flavour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- In a large bowl, place butter,sugar,beaten eggs,flour,baking powder.
- With electric mixer, beat well until all ingredients are thoroghly blended.
- Spoon the mixture into prepared cake tin.
- Bake for 25 mins.
- Cool for 10 mins.
- Frost it.
- Now for icing.
- In a bowl beat butter and cocoa together until combined
- Add milk & vanilla; beat until smooth.
- Gradually beat in confectioners sugar until desired consistency is achieved.
- Adjust with more milk or confectioners sugar if necessary.
