Creme De Menthe Bars Recipe

  1. Mix bakers chocolate, oil, brown sugar, Large eggs, flour, vanilla, salt and soda.
  2. Spread into a greased jelly roll pan (13 x 15).
  3. Bake 15 min at 350 degrees.
  4. Cold.
  5. Beat together powdered sugar, cream, butter, creme de menthe, extract and food coloring.
  6. (If stiff add in more lowfat milk).
  7. Spread over first layer and chill till hard.
  8. Heat chocolate and butter, beat by hand and spread over second layer (green layer).
  9. Chill or possibly freeze.
  10. Cut into small pcs as it is very rich.
