Tami's Beef short ribs

  1. Heat 2 tbls of olive oil, drizzle olive oil over each short rib, season short ribs with salt & pepper.
  2. Coat with flour shaking off excess.
  3. Brown on all sides, a few short ribs at a time, til completely browned.
  4. Add vegtables to pan, stirring and season with salt & pepper.
  5. Add short ribs and pour entire bottle of red wine or half wine, half beef stock.
  6. Add bay leaf.
  7. Cover and cook at least 2~3 hours.
  8. Stirring occasionally, reason as needed.
