Italian Beef Sandwiches

  1. Drain peppers, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
  2. Place meat in slow cooker; top with peppers, reserved liquid and dressing.
  3. Cover with lid.
  4. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 6 hours).
  5. Remove meat from slow cooker, reserving peppers and 1-1/2 cups liquid in cooker.
  6. Discard excess liquid.
  7. Shred meat with 2 forks; return to cooker.
  8. Stir in cheese.
  9. Serve in bread.
