Black Pepper Bruschetta
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 ciabatta sandwich roll, cut into 6 slices
- 5 oz. CRACKER BARREL Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese, cut into 6 slices
- 6 large fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 5 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- Drizzle oil, then vinegar onto serving plate.
- Arrange bread, cheese and basil alternately on plate.
- Sprinkle with pepper.
- Add tomatoes.
