Pineapple Filled Cookies Recipe

• 2 c. sugar
• 1 c. shortening
• 2 Large eggs
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 4 c. flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 6 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Mix ingredients together and roll out.
2. Cut cookies.
3. Place filling on cookie and put a cookie on top and bake.
