Blarney Stone

• 1 1/2 to 2 ounces Irish whiskey
• 1/2 teaspoon Pernod
• 1/2 teaspoon curacao
• 1/2 teaspoon maraschino
• Dash Angostura bitters
• 1/2 cup crushed ice
• Twist orange peel
• Olive (optional)

1. Combine all ingredients, except the orange peel and olive, in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass and add the peel and the olive.
