Cranberry-Bran Muffins

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Whisk egg, milk, oil and molasses in medium bowl until blended.
  4. Stir in sugar.
  5. Add to flour mixture; stir just until blended.
  6. Stir in cranberries.
  7. Spoon into 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Bake 20 min.
  9. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean.
  10. Cool muffins in pan 5 min.
  11. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
