Peach Ginger Smoothie

  1. Combine the peach nectar, yogurt, ginger, and half of the peaches in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Add the remaining peaches, the flaxseeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and lime juice and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of unrefined virgin coconut oil for additional healthy fat and calories.
  5. For more protein, add a scoop of whey protein powder.
  6. Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for 2 days.
  7. Shake well again before serving.
