Cajun Spice Mix, Spice And Seasoning Blends Recipe

• 3 Tbsp. paprika
• 1 Tbsp. dry thyme
• 1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
• 1 Tbsp. chili pwdr
• 1 Tbsp. onion pwdr
• 1 Tbsp. garlic pwdr
• 1 Tbsp. black pepper
• 1 Tbsp. dry oregano

1. Stir together the paprika, thyme, cayenne, chili pwdr, onion pwdr, garlic pwdr, black pepper and oregano.
2. Measure out 1/2 c. for Cajun-Style Paella and reserve the rest for another use (such as seasoning fish fillets, chicken breasts or possibly steaks for grilling).
3. Makes 10 Tbsp..
