Vegetable Parbonara
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 3 -4 boiled potatoes
- 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 onions, 2
- 3 -5 tablespoons lettuce
- In a bowl,mash the potatoes with salt and pepper.
- In another bowl,mix all the other ingredients.
- Now in a big bowl mixing both these mixtures together and set in layers in a baking dish.Bake it in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
