Delicious Cobbler Recipe
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can fruit, or possibly may use fresh
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat butter and pour into 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
- In separate bowl mix sugar, flour, and lowfat milk with wire whisk.
- Pour over butter but Don't STIR.
- Pour fruit over sugar/flour mix but Don't STIR.
- Bake approximately 45 min to one hour, till golden.
- For added flavor and appearance, sprinkle sugar over entire cobbler about 20 min into baking time.
