Pork Chop Bake Recipe
- 4 pork chops, 1/2" thick
- 4 med. potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced
- 1 env. Lipton onion mushroom soup mix
- 1 1/2 c. water
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large skillet, brown pork chop.
- Place sliced potatoes in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange pork chops on top.
- Blend soup mix with water.
- Pour over the layers of potatoes and chops.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Stir gently before serving.
