JELL-O Fruit Slices

  1. Cut oranges crosswise in half.
  2. Squeeze juice from oranges, leaving shells intact.
  3. Reserve juice for another use.
  4. Place shells, cut sides up, in muffin pan cups.
  5. Add 2/3 cup boiling water to each flavor gelatin mix in separate small bowl; stir 2 min.
  6. until completely dissolved.
  7. Spoon into orange shells.
  8. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  9. Cut each orange half into 3 slices to serve.
