Sesame-Dijon Mustard Dip

  1. Place the mustard in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the sesame oil and garlic.
  3. Blend until smooth and pour into a small bowl.
  4. Mix in the scallions and the red wine vinegar.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
