Sesame-Dijon Mustard Dip
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 scallions chopped
- 2 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Place the mustard in a blender or food processor.
- Add the sesame oil and garlic.
- Blend until smooth and pour into a small bowl.
- Mix in the scallions and the red wine vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
