Creamy Dill Dressing

• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 13 cup plain yogurt
• 14 cup herb rice vinegar
• 12 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 13 cup dill, chopped
• salt and pepper

1. Mix mustard and yogurt together.
2. Blend in vinegar, olive oil and dill.
3. Mix well.
4. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
