Chicken With Herb Rice Recipe
- 3 lg. chicken breasts, split
- 1 pkg. onion soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. herb rice
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Grease baking dish and sprinkle rice in bottom.
- Place chicken over rice.
- Sprinkle dry onion soup over chicken and add in undiluted soup.
- Then pour lowfat milk over this.
- Sprinkle with paprika, seal with foil, and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
- Then bake uncovered for 3/4 to 1 hour or possibly till chicken is browned.
