Coconut cake
- 1 1/2 lb Cake flour
- 1 tbsp Baking soda
- 3/4 tsp Baking powder
- 8 each Egg
- 2 cup Shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 cup Coconut milk
- 1 1/2 cup Butter milk
- 14 oz Butter
- 4 1/2 cup Sugar
- Pre heat oven 350f
- Beat butter and sugar till resemble wet sand
- Beat in egg high spead for ten min till super fluffy (its ok if it looks liquidy)
- Sift all dry ingredience (cake flour, baking soda, baking powder, and pinch of salt)
- When butter mixture is done add in shredded coconut and beat high speed for 3 min
- This next step is extreamly important!
- Take coconut milk, butter milk and dry ingredence and put in 1/8 of each alternating till all ingredence are all well incorporate.
- Mix at really low speed!
- Mixture should still be nice and fluffy
- Take mixture and put inside well oiled or sprayed cake rings or mold.
- Bake for 15-20 min
- Stick skewer in to see if it comes out clean cake is finished
