Pork Chow Mein

  1. Trim excess fat from pork.
  2. Cut pork diagonally into very thin strips.
  3. Grease lightly a 10-inch skillet.
  4. Fry pork until brown. Stir in bouillon, celery, onion and soy sauce.
  5. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  6. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
  7. Shake reserved mushroom liquid and the cornstarch in tightly covered container; stir gradually into pork.
  8. Add mushrooms, Chinese vegetables and gravy sauce.
  9. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  10. Boil and stir 1 minute.
  11. Serve over noodles.
  12. Serves 5.
