Potato Cakes Recipe

  1. Prepare potato as directed on package.
  2. Cold.
  3. Mix potatoes, cheese, crumbs, egg, parsley, onion, fine herbs and salt.
  4. Heat oil in 10 inch skillet.
  5. Drop potato mix by rounded tablespoonfuls into skillets.
  6. Flatten with spatula and fry over medium heat till light brown, about 3 min on each side.
  7. Drain.
  8. 6 to 8 servings.
