Easy To Make Brownies Recipe

• 2 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
• 1/3 c. liquid shortening
• 2/3 c. flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 c. sugar
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 c. minced nuts

1. In bowl, combine beaten Large eggs, sugar, salt, baking pwdr and flour.
2. Stir till very smooth.
3. Heat chocolate and shortening.
4. Put into smooth mix.
5. Add in nuts and vanilla.
6. Put into greased and floured pan.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min for chewy brownies or possibly 30 min for cake like brownies.
8. When cold, cut into squares or possibly bars.
9. Makes approximately 20 brownies.
