The Very Best Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and diced
- 1 12 cups real mayonnaise
- 4 ounces green chilies, drained and diced
- 8 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese, grated
- 34 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, partially cooked and drained
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients except only 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese.
- Spread into a shallow baking dish.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes until bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted sliced bread.
