Apricot Cream Cheese Strata

  1. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Combine eggs, milk, ginger, cinnamon, and maple syrup in small bowl.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Meanwhile, place 1/3 of breadcubes in bottom of prepared pan.
  5. Dot with half of cream cheese cubes, and 1/4 cup of Apricot Jam.
  6. Repeat layers, ending with bread cubes, reserving 1/4 cup of jam.
  7. Pour egg mixture over top and gently press bread mixture down.
  8. Cover and refrigerate 1-24 hours.
  9. When ready to bake, drop remaining jam over top and sprinkle with almonds.
  10. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until puffy and golden.
