Mustard-Pecan Coated Chicken

  1. Mix mustard, sugar, lemon juice and cumin in large bowl.
  2. Combine pecans and cracker meal in large shallow pan.
  3. Brush chicken with mustard mixture, then add to cracker mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of chicken with the cracker mixture.
  4. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Add chicken; cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
