Tomato Avocado Salad with Lime Vinaigrette

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. (You can change onion, dressing, and cilantro amounts to taste.)
  3. Store in fridge at least four hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Can be used as a side dish or as a salsa served with chips, if diced finely.
  5. (Choose avocados that are almost purple but still have a little green on the skin.)
