Brownie Cupcakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 325.
  2. Insert liners into a mini or medium cupcake pan.
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a saucepan.
  4. Transfer to a large bowl.
  5. Add the sugar, flour and vanilla and mix well.
  6. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  7. Add chocolate chips and pecans.
  8. Fill cupcake liners three-quarters full with batter.
  9. Bake mini cupcakes about 10 minutes and medium sized cupcakes about 20 minutes.
