Cashew Butter
- 1 cup roasted cashews
- 12 teaspoon sea salt or 12 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons canola oil or 2 tablespoons other bland oil
- Place the cashews and salt in the food processor and run until nuts are ground to a fine consistency.
- Add the oil and continue processing until well incorporated.
- You may decide you want more oil
- Store in glass jar and refrigerate.
