Pam's garlic shrimp...

  1. wash cleaned remove the head of the shrimp but leave the shell(skin)devined
  2. in a bowl mix AF flour with the rest of the seasoning.deep shrimp in it
  3. in a pan heat the butter and olive oil in medium fire add the garlic immediately fry the shrimp about 3 min each side or untill cook
  4. eat hot...drizzled with lemon juice(optional)
  5. enjoy??
