Fish Italiano
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 12 lbs red snapper
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- fresh parsley, chopped
- Pour butter in a baking dish and arrange sliced onions on the bottom.
- Place fish in a single layer on top of the onions.
- Combine mayo, Parmesan Cheese, lemon juice, paprika, salt, oregano and parsley.
- Spread evenly over the top of the fish.
- Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes.
