Shrimp Fajitas
- 1 lb Cleaned and deveined shrimp
- 2 Green bell peppers
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1/2 Finely sliced onion
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1 Garlic salt to taste
- 1 Tajin seasoning to taste
- 1 Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- Start by slicing all your veggies and setting aside
- Clean and devein your shrimp
- Now heat olive oil in a large skillet, add fresh garlic cook for about 1 minute now add in your vegetables stir fry about 7 minutes or so.
- Once veggies are cooked down a bit add in shrimp and all seasonings as desired cook till shrimp are pink about 6 minutes..
- Serve with warm tortillas, limes n your choice of sides..
