Blackberry Crumble

  1. Place blackberries in a greased 1-qt.
  2. baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, cornstarch, water and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Pour over berries.
  5. Combine the oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle over berries.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until filling is bubbly.
