Tomato Appetizer On a Stick

• 2 pkg (3 oz) cherry tomatoes slice in 3rds round set aside
• 1 pkg (3 oz) spinach use large fresh spinach, cut off stem, slice each leaf in 1/2 and set aside
• 1 pound mozzarella cheese use fresh mozzarella from deli, cut round slices about the size of the tomatoe rounds
• 1 large white onion small slices about the size of the tomatoes
• 1 cup balsamic vinegar
• 2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 1 pkg (3 oz) toothpicks

1. In seperate bowl place cherry tomatoes, spinach leaves, mozzarella cheese, and onion.
2. Pour balsamic vinegar into bowl and add the garlic powder.
3. Toss well to marinate.
4. Then take toothpick and put one tomato slice then the mozzarella slice, then spinach leaf, followed by onion slice, then repeat one more time for that first toothpick.
