Angeled Eggs

  1. Cut each egg in half lengthwise and transfer the yolks to a medium bowl.
  2. To the yolks, mash in the mayonnaise, hummus, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Divide the mixture among the egg white cavities.
  5. Top each with a cucumber slice.
