Strawberry Chicken Sandwich
- 8 ounces, weight Cooked, Sliced Chicken Breast
- 8 teaspoons Vinaigrette Dressing
- 8 slices Baby Swiss Cheese
- 20 whole Small, Fresh Spinach Leaves
- 4 whole Large Strawberries, Sliced Into 4-5 Slices Each
- 4 whole Sandwich Pockets
- Sprinkle both sides of the chicken slices with the vinaigrette.
- For each sandwich, layer as follows: 1 slice cheese, 2 ounces chicken, 5 spinach leaves, 1 strawberry (sliced) and 1 more slice of cheese.
- Slide into your sandwich pocket and serve!
