Chinese-style Chicken and Cucumber Salad
- 1 Chicken thighs
- 2 Cucumber
- 1 heaped tablespoon Sake
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 2 to 3 teaspoons Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 White sesame seeds
- Cut the cucumber into thin long pieces.
- Sprinkle with salt, leave for 15 minutes then wash and drain.
- Sprinkle the chicken with sake, salt and pepper and steam or microwave to cook.
- When it has cooled, cut it into thin long pieces in the same way you just cut the cucumber.
- Mix the chicken and the cucumber.
- Toss with the seasonings (add sesame oil last).
- Done.
