Easy Tofu Chiffon Cake Made in a Rice Cooker
- 150 grams Silken tofu
- 2 Eggs
- 200 grams Pancake mix
- 100 ml Milk
- 30 grams Sugar
- 3 drops Vanilla extract (optional)
- Put the tofu into the inner pot of the rice cooker.
- You don't need to drain the tofu.
- Stir the tofu with a whisk.
- Add the eggs, milk, and sugar.
- Mix well.
- Add the pancake mix and mix well.
- Finally, add a few drops of vanilla extract (optional).
- Set the pot in the rice cooker and push start.
- When a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, it's done.
- The cake comes out of the rice cooker pot easily.
