Seared venision
- 2 packaged backstraps
- 2 oz olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 garlic salt
- 1 seasonings salt
- Add extra virgin olive oil to pan on med high heat
- Once oil is up to temp season both sides of backstraps with seasonings garlic salt and seasoning salt and pan sear both sides about 4 minutes on both sides
- Remove deer steaks from pan and let rest for 2 minutes should be at rare temp serve and enjoy your seasons hunt
