Seared venision

  1. Add extra virgin olive oil to pan on med high heat
  2. Once oil is up to temp season both sides of backstraps with seasonings garlic salt and seasoning salt and pan sear both sides about 4 minutes on both sides
  3. Remove deer steaks from pan and let rest for 2 minutes should be at rare temp serve and enjoy your seasons hunt
