Penne with Smoked Sausage

  2. Cook penne as per package instructions.

  4. Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet on low/medium heat.

  6. Add sausage, garlic, onions and peas and cook for 4 minutes, stirring regularly.

  8. Add BBQ sauce, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and marjoram leaves and cook for 4 minutes, stirring regularly.

  10. When pasta is done, drain it and add it into the skillet.
  11. Season with salt and cook for 2 minutes, stirring to mix well.
  12. 6.
  13. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta if using it and cook for one more minute.
  14. 7.
  15. Enjoy!
