Penne with Smoked Sausage
- 2- 1/2 cups Penne Pasta
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 whole Link Of Smoked Sausage, Cut Into Coins, Then Halved
- 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1/2 Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1 cup Frozen Sweet Peas
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cups Hot Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Marjoram Leaves
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese (optional)

- Cook penne as per package instructions.
- 2.
- Heat olive oil in a large deep skillet on low/medium heat.
- 3.
- Add sausage, garlic, onions and peas and cook for 4 minutes, stirring regularly.
- 4.
- Add BBQ sauce, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce and marjoram leaves and cook for 4 minutes, stirring regularly.
- 5.
- When pasta is done, drain it and add it into the skillet.
- Season with salt and cook for 2 minutes, stirring to mix well.
- 6.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of the pasta if using it and cook for one more minute.
- 7.
- Enjoy!
