Tuscan Tilapia

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add fish; cook 3 min.
  3. on each side or until fish is browned on both sides and flakes easily with fork.
  4. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add cream cheese product, red pepper spread and milk to skillet; cook and stir 3 min.
  6. or until cream cheese is completely melted, and sauce is well blended and heated through.
  7. Remove 1/4 cup cream cheese sauce; cover to keep warm.
  8. Add rice and peas to remaining cream cheese sauce in skillet; cook 2 min.
  9. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  10. Spoon onto platter; top with fish and reserved cream cheese sauce.
