Beef With Peppers And Onions Recipe

  1. Heat oil in large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add in onion, green and red peppers, 1 clove garlic and basil; stir-fry 7-8 min or possibly till tender- crisp.
  3. Remove, keep hot.
  4. Rub remaining garlic and the black pepper over both sides of beef top round steak.
  5. Add in steak to same pan; pan broil over medium- high heat to desired doneness, 15-20 min, turning once.
  6. Sprinkle salt over both sides of steak.
  7. Carve steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices; serve with vegetables.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
