Ceviche
- 1 1/2 lb pre-cooked shrimp
- 6 cup clamato/spicy clamato
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 1/2 jalepeno
- 1 fresh lime juice
- 1 yellow pepper-optional
- 1 garlic powder
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 1 1/2 lb pre-cooked shrimp
- 1 english cucumber
- put the shrimp into a big mixing bowl...one with a lid works best
- chop the cucumber, cilantro, green onion, jalepeno, shrimp if they are too large for you and yellow pepper and add to the bowl
- add the clamato juice depending on how chunky you want the ceviche
- add garlic powder, pepper and salt to taste
- let sit for at least 5 hours before serving
- you can squeeze the lime juice anytime while preparing the ceviche or you can serve with lime wedges...enjoy:)
