Oregon Hazelnut Appetizer

  1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
  2. Blend with Oregon hazelnuts and all remaining ingredients except bread.
  3. Remove crusts from bread; cut bread into quarters and spread mixture on top of squares.
  4. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
