Bar-be-que Sauce Ala Cecil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 cups diced tomatoes, without seeds or skins
- 14 cup pitless black olives (halved) (optional)
- 4 roasted jalapeno peppers, seeded & chopped
- 1 medium onion
- 1 12 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 12 tablespoons sugar
- 1 12 tablespoons black pepper
- 34 tablespoon salt
- To Increase Spice Heat to Medium Change the following items to; 8 Roasted Jalapena Peppers seeded& chopped.
- 2 medium size onion.
- 3 tblsp Chili Powder.
- 3 tblsp Sugar.
- 4 1/2 tblsp Black Pepper.
- To Increase Spice Heat to Hot Change the following items to; 12 Roasted Jalapena Peppers seeded& chopped.
- 3 medium size onion.
- 4 1/2 tblsp Chili Powder.
- 4 1/2 tblsp Sugar.
- 4 1/2 tblsp Black Pepper.
- In a twelve or thirteen inch iron skillet combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
- Then simmer on low heat till it comes to desired thickness.
