Tin foil fajitas
- 2 lb chicken breasts
- 3 each red and green peppers
- 2 each yellow onion
- 1 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup fajita seasoning
- Cut chicken into thin strips about 1/4 in, julienne peppers and onions, then marinate in the rest of the ingredients.
- Portion 4 oz of chicken and 4 oz of peppers and onions and wrap in foil.
- Grill until tin foil puffs up.
- Serve with tortillas, cheese, cilantro, and sour cream.
