Tin foil fajitas

  1. Cut chicken into thin strips about 1/4 in, julienne peppers and onions, then marinate in the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Portion 4 oz of chicken and 4 oz of peppers and onions and wrap in foil.
  3. Grill until tin foil puffs up.
  4. Serve with tortillas, cheese, cilantro, and sour cream.
