Winged Victory

• Ice
• 2 1/2 ounces bourbon
• 1 1/2 ounces chocolate liqueur
• 3/4 ounce amontillado sherry
• 3 coffee beans

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add the bourbon, chocolate liqueur and sherry and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the coffee beans.
